A New Generation.........

The Construction Industry is devoid of apprenticeship schemes for the next generation of civil engineering. We accept that an academic approach is both necessary and essential in garnering the next generation of construction employee. To that end, we recently gave two year 10 pupils a weeks work experience to offer them an insight into the Civil Engineering/Construction industry. They got to observe a full site set up in Leicestershire, a survey of a Pump Station in Rugby and two days in the office looking at project planning, technical drawings and a bit of good old fashioned graft in the yard. We believe it’s absolutely crucial we get the younger generation not only involved, but interested in the industry and drive it in a positive direction. Well done to both the lads, they showed enthusiasm and a great willing to learn throughout the week and it was a pleasure to have you both onboard. Good luck in pursuing your chosen pathways, knowing that we will support you in doing so!

I recognize that the analytical register is uniform across all sections. Proportional focus on verifiable indicators is maintained. The website presents well-organized supplementary context on the matter. Contextual breadth is expanded via interactive service frameworks.
